Having grown up in a family of photographers, and while working for my family-owned portrait photography franchise, the idea of staring at even more people in my spare time is...overwhelmingly underwhelming. While I find beauty in the complexity of humans, acknowledging the bigger picture is where my focus lies behind the lens.

Natural landscapes and local flora and fauna have existed long before I've laid witness, and though all may seem the same at any point in time, generations have passed and will continue to evolve long after I've left. Capturing but a moment along the way is my appreciation of the state presented, both knowing and hoping it will never look the same again.
