What forms of payment do you accept? Contact me directly for physical or PayPal payment options.

How long will my order take? That depends! For artwork listed in my online Shop, just the time it takes to print & process, shipped to you approximately two (2) weeks from date of purchase. For commissioned artwork, please plan for six (6) weeks (4 weeks to complete, 2 weeks to print & process) from date of purchase before being shipped to you. See “Commissions” below for more detailed information. For photography edits/restorations, expect about one (1) week per 10 photos, returned electronically, from date of purchase; any physical copies will be mailed back the day the edits are shared. See “Photo Edits” or “Photo Restorations” below for more detailed information.

What shipping services are available? There’s a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for pieces 12x12” and smaller for those in the contiguous United States; that fee is waived for pick-up orders, an option for those in the DMV (DC/MD/VA).

Is international shipping available? Unfortunately, not at the moment!

Is there a money-back guarantee? All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so contact me to discuss what needs to be fixed!

Commissions

What is a commission? A piece of art made just for you! Whether a pet portrait, a childhood home, or favorite flower – I offer either a digital painting or drawing of any subject(s)…OTHER than people. That may change in the future, but for the time being I won’t accept anything involving a person/portrait. That only leaves…everything else! Personal subjects require at least one (1) high quality reference photo, or two (2) medium quality reference photos, but I have a better range with more. If it’s something less specific, I don’t need you to provide anything other than your thoughts/ideas.

What do I get? A 12x12” canvas print of a digital drawing or painting, and the “jpg” image file; the digital file requires a valid email address. I retain all rights to the artwork produced, but you can do as you wish with the file; my signature must remain in view on any printed products or social media posts. I may choose to show finished work as part of my portfolio (including online), but will ask permission before sharing on any social media.

How much does it cost? It depends on the subject(s), but commissions start at $150. I work meticulously on all my artwork, but especially so on the ones that really matter: yours. It’s important to me to exceed expectations on something already meaningful to you, and that requires a little more time and effort than other pieces.

When will I receive my artwork? I’ll need approximately four (4) weeks to finish your piece, and two (2) weeks to print and process; unfortunately, I don’t own a canvas printer, and can’t print it myself. Once notified the work is complete (by your choice of communication), I’ll ship/drop-off the 12x12” canvas (along with any physical reference photos), and email you the image file and tracking number.

Photo Edits

What photos do you edit? Anything from crowded vacation snapshots to make-this-my-headshot, within reason. We all know someone who thought it was funny to photo-bomb the ‘perfect lighting, perfect angle’ shot, and what a disappointment it was to find it ruined. I can erase that mistake. I can also make everyone in your Big, Fat, Greek family actually look at the camera. Are your eyes always hidden behind your glasses because of the camera flash? Not anymore! My goal is to enhance what the camera already captured, not filter it, and I will not alter appearances to reflect any differently. In order to accurately reconstruct details, many photos require an additional photo to use as a reference; these extras are not included in the cost and are free to upload. Only the set number purchased, and specified files, will be edited.

What do I get? A copy of your digital files edited and renamed as new files; a valid email address is required to both send and receive the originals and edits, unless I’m provided with some form of external drive. Using your email and Dropbox, I will set up a shared folder for you to upload the desired photos (and any references), and will return the edits the same way. Once notified (by your choice of communication), you’ll have thirty (30) days to download the edits, after which the folder is removed.

How much does it cost? Photo edits are priced by level of difficulty and purchased in sets, as shown in the lists below; the price may increase on a photo-to-photo basis if more extensive work is required. If you’re interested in a combination of edits, or more than twenty (20), contact me to discuss! Minor Edits: small blemish touchups, two (2) or less background figure removals, slight color corrections (1) photo: $10 / (5) photos: $35 / (10) photos: $60 / (20) photos: $100 Major Edits: multi-person touchups, (2) or less foreground figure removals, comprehensive corrections/white-balancing (1) photo: $30 / (5) photos: $75 / (10) photos: $180 / (20) photos: $200

When will I receive my photo edits? Each set of ten (10) photos requires up to one (1) week for minor edits, and up to two (2) weeks for major edits, unless otherwise discussed and specified. Once notified the work is complete (by your choice of communication), you’ll have thirty (30) days to download the edits from Dropbox, after which the folder is removed. Any external drives will be mailed back (or dropped off, if local) when the digital editing is complete.

Photo Restorations

What photographs can you restore? I create and edit a digital copy of any pre-existing photograph, so any print in need of repair or colorizing. Water damage, stains, and tears are common occurrences when photos are passed between generations and households, and without their negatives, any copies will share the same scars – I can fix them. Sepia-toned portraits and black-and-white snapshots are always timeless, but seeing them in color brings a level of realness to otherwise distant relatives – I can liven them up. Aside from scanning, I don’t handle nor alter the original photographs and cannot currently develop any film nor reconstruct any negatives.

What do I get? I’ll provide you with a scan of your photograph as a “jpg” image file, and the restored “jpg” image file; any printing of the repaired version will be left up to you (unless otherwise discussed). A valid email address is required, as both the original scans and edited versions will be returned as digital files. Using your email and Dropbox, I will set up a shared folder to upload the scanned and edited photos; once notified (by your choice of communication), you’ll have thirty (30) days to download the edits, after which the folder is removed.

How much does it cost? Photo restorations are purchased in sets, as shown in the list below; the price may increase on a photo-to-photo basis if more extensive work is required. If you’re interested in more than twenty (20), contact me to discuss! (1) photo: $30 / (5) photos: $75 / (10) photos: $180 / (20) photos: $200

When will I receive my repaired image files? Each set of ten (10) photos requires up to two (2) weeks, unless otherwise discussed and specified. Once notified the work is complete (by your choice of communication), you’ll have thirty (30) days to download the edits from Dropbox, after which the folder is removed. Any original photographs will be mailed back (or dropped off, if local) when the digital restorations are complete.
